After more than three decades working with entrepreneurs, senior leaders and teams, I saw first-hand the transformative impact the right conversations can have on performance, confidence, wellbeing, and growth.
I also saw a significant gap. Access to quality coaching remained fragmented, difficult for organisations to navigate, and often unavailable to the people who could benefit from the most.

Drawing on my experience as a coach, leader, and entrepreneur, I founded myonlinecoach, a technology-enabled platform designed to make trusted coaching more accessible and impactful, whilst preserving the power of genuine human connection. Bootstrapped from the ground up in Manchester and recognised as one of Tech Nation's Rising Stars, we've always believed coaching should be accessible to everyone. As we've grown, we've realised we're building something much bigger than a coaching platform. People want more than one-to-one coaching. They want access to learning, community, expert support, and development opportunities that create lasting growth, stronger connections, and meaningful change. That's why myonlinecoach is evolving into a platform that supports people throughout every stage of their personal and professional journey. So, our ambition is clear: to transform how people access the right support at the right time to help everyone find their own path to workplace happiness, wellbeing and success.
What I've learnt is simple.
